7/8/2008除权，11/8/2008过户，28/8/2008派发。

Final Income Distribution (which is tax exempt at Starhill Real Estate Investment Trust level under Section 61A of the Income Tax Act 1967) of 3.4911 sen per unit in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2008.

Further to item 6 of the above, the Board of Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd has declared
a final income distribution of 3.4911 sen per unit, totaling RM41,156,190
(which is tax exempt at Trust level under Section 61A, Income Tax Act, 1967)
representing approximately 100% of the income after taxation undistributed at
the end of financial year ended 30 June 2008.
